Virasat-e-Khalsa

In Virasat-e-Khalsa you will get information about Shri Guru Nanak Dev Ji and his initiative to end casteism, Panch pyare, about Sikh Religion, etc. This place has been beautifully constructed. At this place, you can get information either by reading, visually and also by hearing through a special instrument which will be provided to you on the top floor. To visit this place you will have to carry a free pass which is issued from 09.30 am to 04.00 pm after the period of 30 minutes. After 30 minutes they send only 150-200 people only. It is closed on Monday.

If you want to visit this place then you can go either by BUS or TRAIN. If you want to go by BUS then firstly you will have to go to CHANDIGARH from where you can take the bus to Nangal Dam via Ropar. Nangal Dam is next to Shri Anandpur Sahib. If you want to go by train then firstly you will have to reach AMBALA from there, there are trains to Nangal Dam (Local trains, Express train, Superfast train, and Janshatabdi train). You can opt according to your convenience.
